I receive "I assist XXXXXX they are the buyer's agents and can assist you with the buying process. 

There are other ways to fund this type of deal, but if you don't have access to or know of them, I'd slow down, get to some REI meetings in your area and learn more about this process.

I've had success in negotiating both owner financing and rent to own residential deals in my most recent search, although I opted to back away from those deals because I wanted to just do an all cash transaction on a third/separate deal.I think the biggest obstacle is going through the process when you don't know what you are doing.

Yes that was my question, AFTER I complete the flip work the HML, ready to sell, I would purchase using my personal name with a traditional bank loan..my family is expanding and it’s possible at that time I might be ready to move..so this process can work?
