Hi David,Now they have curtains up, and are Class C--maybe they will stay for 15 years.Forever renters have to rent somewhere.Class C renters and their visitors tend to be hard on the units anyway.Drunken fist punched holes in the walls, broken things, knobs missing, screens missing (???)
