In fact, it was the beginner guide that prompted me to right this introduction.I recently took a wholesale training course with RichDad Education that taught me alot about beginning my investment career but after reading a few articles about starting out I've decided to work as a real estate agent first.I'm interested in buying small multifamily homes in Oakland County since that's where I'll soon be working.

I've invested many, many thousands in my own training and don't believe a money-making education ought to be free, however there are lots of dream merchants who can tell you all you'd ever want to know about credit card merchant accounts but NOT about a deal they've done in the last six months.

im just starting out in REI and I would like a mentor to get my foot in the door..I know that education is key so im trying to build up some capital to get some more training ...I can read books all day but having some hands on experience would help tremendously...I believe wholesaling would be my 1st endeavor since I do I a flip so to speak.. im also looking some investors that do wholesale deals ....just tell me what u are looking for a I will find it for you...im in the NJ area...and there is alot of opportunity out here , I just have to know how to structure the deals ....so please any input would help, thanks so much..
