There are brand new cabinets, appliances, water heater, HVAC, windows, concrete countertops, original hardwood floors, tile bathroom, tile kitchen backsplash, and huge backyard, Just to name a few.

If they pick a black marble, they were sent into a portable office building with a bathroom.

Moved the kitchen, opened a couple of walls, rebuilt 2 bathrooms.

Bedrooms: 6 Bathrooms: 4Square footage: 3952with a garage. 

Bathroom was an insurance issue so that helped because I was able to upgrade with nothing out of pocket, just a lot more sweat equity.

I did buy a house in 2018 for 260K , put in 30K in renovations (new tubs, new tiles in bathrooms, paint, new shower doors, new cabinets/countertops both in the kitchen and bathrooms). 

Recently I was thinking if it would make sense to find listed properties that need less work (specifically in the kitchen/bathrooms) and not necessarily meant for investors.
