Hello All,I have been listening to the BP Podcasts for quite some time now and have read a few books about Real Estate Investing, but I think I am finally ready to jump into Real Estate Investing.

The appraisal for this property came to be 135K (sub-to) based on the scope of work  given to the lending company .

If you are in Texas and want to buy Texas tax deeds, I'd think twice about buying a national based program.
