I like to look for parcels that have a road in front and rear or sometimes the assessor will have the old lots lines ghosted in the background.

I have some money saved up and am looking to get into a deal this summer but I don't have much of a background in real estate so I am trying to learn everything that I can and start building my team.I'm excited to meet the community and start working!

Personally, I would tighten up your background checks, which will not solve all problems or find all problem tenants, but it will minimize the chances of this happening again.

Try ignoring others who don't have enough background  who may crap on this. put your listing or listings on all the major listing sites.

I don't feel like their background check is as good as others I've used and am deciding if the hassle factor makes it worth changing to a different provider for that.
