If you ask me to run all over town to view properties, run your numbers, find you contractors, give you cma and rental prices....then, I'm going to make you sign the agreement to ensure my work isn't in vane.

For comps i have access to the mls i dont know why or how it happened but, about 2 years ago i rented a home through a realtor and she would email me listings directly off the mls using a hyperlink vs just sending images or screenshots of what she wanted me to see that hyperlink always did and still does log me into fusionmls where i can view homes sold, currenttly on market , homes rented and for rent , etc so hopefully my link to the site works for a while longer , because if i try to access the site from the browser without the link it request for me to login lol , also  Ive learned quite a bit from you from reading alot of your post from the past as well!
