Do one task at a time in each app so you can compare apples to apples.Load a property with pictures and details.Market that property.See what your marketing looks like from the public's perspective.Submit a fake application to see how easy the process is.

They applied together, I only look at the applications as a whole as I would expect any landlord to do (both the good/income and the bad/debt/credit/crim. 

(I will post the before and after as well as more info about the property and purchase price etc. in another thread) I went through an extensive application process, and finally chose a tenant after about 3 weeks of screenings and I am happy to say I am currently in my first month as a Landlord.I am hoping to continue investing and gaining knowledge by using this site as well as linking up with other investors.

The due on sale is blown out of proportion to it's application.
