Every area is different, site conditions will bury, local access to the materials and delivery or make a difference.

Is there a way landlords can have access to these resources?

Every agent has access to the MLS, not every agent has experience working with investment properties, wholesalers, REO agents, etc.   

You can capture the commission on the buy side and save it on the sale side, you’ll have have mls access and you can offer sellers multiple options when marketing to them.

The only thing is  if we installed washers/dryers, tenants would have access to a rear alleyway as well as the electrical panels, fuse boxes, main panel, water heater, and phone connections.

What rights do we have for access and showing new prospective tenants around an occupied rental?
