I have perused the home buying schemes, real estate websites, etc and my gosh I cannot see how a young adult is ever supposed to get onto the property ladder there!

there are some articles here from a year ago but since technology moves so fast just want to know which tools are considered today as best to automate the wholesale business, from receiving leads and tracking them to sending direct mail and also tracking them, lead from website, calls etcthanks in advance ! 

But i am so much beginner that i do not know where to begin, I thought of getting onto this website which i got kicked in by searching on google. after readying few of you guys talking about investing here and there i decided to join to learn from all you professional. 

One way that I have determined volatility in the rental market is to pull up the local property manager's websites and track property for a while.  

Unfortunately I had a brain annurism and a stroke about 5 years ago and I am still recovering from that but when I come back I will probably get into real estate.Just know that marketing and having a website are both important.
