New Real Estate Agent looking for broker

I recently received my real estate license and I am looking for a brokerage that works with investors or is an investor themselves to hang my license with. Any recommendations on a brokerage in the Pinellas county area (Palm Harbor, tarpon springs, Dunedin, Clearwater) or if you are a broker yourself I would love to hear from you. My goal is to work with investors as an agent and invest in single family homes as well.

FYI, These will be the questions I will ask! ( Not a Broker )

1. Do you work with Assignments of Contracts?

2. Does the Assigner need to be present at Closing?

3. Can you do "Double Closings" if they are necessary?
