(It may sound simple but this factor is frequently overlooked) 

We like Florida in general but in particular Orlando because we visit Disneyworld frequently and because it is a low-risk area in terms of hurricanes (the other area in Florida we are looking at is Tallahassee, for the same reason). 

I don't utilize them myself, so I've always found it hard to believe that, that many are using VRBO/AB&B, etc, all that frequently. 

I have max 9 occupancy, and frequently have 8 or 9 guests.

Calling the note has always been a rare situation but, its becoming more frequent as interest rates are much higher and subject to transactions are more prevalent.

In our area it is common to have summer rentals and winter student rentals so furnished houses are frequently sold.

I wasn't able to attend that one (I travel frequently for work), so I can't speak to how many attended, but I do know it was scheduled.

(I rely on public transportation and company shuttle) I travel frequently.

In fact I frequently have CPA's who don't have investment experience call and say SDIRA LLCs are illegal.
