Is anyone using Shelter Insurance for rental properties in Oklahoma City area ?

Whether it is a senior or a single mother with a infant when they can not pay rent you put them on the street or go out of business.

@Justin SumulongFirst, let me second what @Dmitriy Fomichenko (whose company is worth considering, by the way) said: stay away from banks and Wall Street institutions like Fidelity, TDAmeritrade and the like.

@Tim Milazzo according to city the property is assessed about 20k over purchase price and the NOI is about $1000.
