I say that because after some research on division of corporations website both companies have the same address and registered agent name.

I am a nurse turned investor/agent. 

General rule is that you may get some things like improved general software interfaces, more experienced professionals (some people get REALLY specialized in certain topics, it's crazy to see sometimes) Also, the option that if you do have something unexpected come up, they might have more staff capable of handling it so you wouldn't have to move around at all.

Review your contract with your agent but on these instances yes you can back out but again it depends on what the contract statesThis will be a great example moving forward with agents and the good buyers agents working on behalf of the buyers
