I want to lay down a smart and safe foundation to build a business on, so....Personal Goals:Year 1-2: house hacking to pay some/most of mortgage while also building rental historyYear 2: have sights set on next investment and rent both units in first property.

If you're blogging, optimizing, posting on various other sites, doing social media, etc....it can all add up to a great deal of work, especially if you're not being extremely efficient or smart about what you spend your time on.

I use Smart Property Systems and it really organizes my workload. 

Actually, pretty smart if you're using miles.

They are smart about expenses and they did a great job on my first deal..

Is this the credentialing requirements that each credit agency has that include site visits, before they allow you to directly pull credit reports(as apposed to smart move that operates a different way) or some other kind of cerftificaiton?

Because you are moving around a lot, it would probably benefit you to hire a CPA in every state you have a property to manage or get real smart on tax codes otherwise you could get a nasty surprise since most CPAs wouldn't think to look into this sort of thing.

It was very cool meeting such smart people and connections. 

I just got my license and it really is a smart move!

I'm sure some folks do that, but most would agree it's not very smart.
