Hi Everyone,Wanted to know the best way to do this real estate transfer/deal.My wife's parents own a rental property free and clear in an LLC.

I would recommend consulting with a property manager and real estate agent for your search. 

And although I've wanted to invest in real estate, I just haven't had the opportunity until now.

However I read books about real estate and thought that when I come to the USA, I'll start building my real estate portfolio, so here I am.I read several real estate books in the past, but now started to explore more while I'm in the USA.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I personally do not like saying hard money as it has real negativity associated with the word.

The easiest way would be to get a real estate license. 

You might want to listen to some of the BP podcasts on some of the other ways that real estate "pays" you, outside of cashflow.Keith Weinhold from Get Rich Education also has a good podcast and regularly discusses the 5 different ways that real estate pays you. 

Unless you already have buy & hold investors lined up make sure you have a reasonable inspection period as showing occupied properties can be a real pain unless your buyers only care about the rent & purchase price.
