Because a real estate attorney would make sure the lot lines, measurements are properly recorded, giving you the actual right to the land..

I would just add one section to the very top of the list....1)  Take action      - I will do my best to be smart and analyze but not let my fear prevent me from taking action     - Take measured risks.   

They could be having money problems, etc.I do ask my real estate investing experienced lawyer questions as well about cases like this to ensure I am taking proper steps and preventive measures.

The only measurement I could find was debt to asset ratio.   

I would provide them measurements of the largest trucks you intend to allow through this area.

Superior quality homes are measured against other superior quality homes and that would be important for the appraiser to know.  

I would not want to live directly under a power transmission tower and that level of EMR is at least measurable. 

If the improvements do help NOI then measure total costs and new NOI to determine your as complete value.

My gut says that's WAY too much for rent in the area, but I have no way to measure it, and it's bugging me.
