Driveway Grade between Two Story Self STorage Buildings

Hi!

Does anyone know the maximum slope a driveway can be between a selfstorage building with an upper floor and a basement? Buildings are 65' and  75' wide. Uhaul and Ryder trucks will need to be able to negotiate the drive without scraping their back ends. Thanks!
