His client passed the application process, signed a 12 month lease in January and it is now march and his client is breaking his lease and refuses to pay (we have already sent demand letter and are moving to eviction process- we will end up with a judgment which we will sale at a later time).

I am one for future planning, not to put a temporary band aid on it for today.

I have other buyers in California and they definitely stick to B and A areas with properties over $60k. 

New carpet and paint  plus all the electrical and plumbing "up to code" stuff so hopefully it get done by the end of march. 

Apparently during one homecoming, the kids threw a party complete with a band, etc and had over 200 there.  

They meet the third Monday of each month, so the 21st of March is the next one.

My wife and I attended the February Rappahannack REIA meeting, but couldn't attend the March one because of scheduling issues.

The real estate taxes are due by end of March.

its a not like your closing a to b then b to c all your taking is talking a contract between a and b and assigning it to c you don't need a closing or title company for that.
