As others have said, shop around.

But, its when you list that you should be looking to save. 

However, this took time and while doing so I was paying the bills for the property, then needed to clean and re-list, etc.

@Thomas Shepard, @Brandon VanderfordWe politely disagree with your opinions.Ask any attorney about contracts and they will usually tell you the longer the better.Looking at it another way, if you took your local real estate board listing contracts and expanded the font size from 6-point to 12-point and made it letter-sized, how many pages would it be?

I found a duplex in the Cleveland area that is listed for 85K and rents come out to around 2k/month.

I've got one house listed with Airbnb, which I manage myself. 

After doing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), I told him he could list it for $150k, but I could get him an offer of $145k by the end of the day.

Recently returned to the Cleveland area after a number of years away, bought one small MF property and am currently shopping for another, hoping to build a portfolio over the next several years.  

I was wondering if say it was listed for 200 and I put 20% down the remaining about financed would be $160k.

Or will the RE accountant become a one-stop shop?
