I'm glad to see that there are still plenty of deals that the numbers do work on, however, the next purchase being only my third and still being fairly new to this I wouldn't want to make the major leap to purchasing a property in the Midwest, where I have no connections and are not familiar with the area, market, and local professionals I.e.
