Wanted to know if anybody had any real estate lawyer recommendations for the Omaha area?

I wouldn't mind going fifty fifty on something if the paperwork is straightened out by the lawyers.

After you are clear go to a lawyer and get the operating agreement down on paper.

We bring in monthly guest speakers from real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lawyers and accountants to landlord BC, developers, and a variety of others!

Are there any lawyers on this form that can reach out and help force LTB into action?  

I'm already learning that in Memphis knowing lawyers and property managers is the best way to find my next deal.

Priior to the person who bought it i texted them 3 offers from 6,500-7,000....they said they were not interested, but didnt want it moved out of the park....when the final offer came in @ 7,500 and the man went to their office and said he was buying it...they said they would look at it again...my sister showed them (again and again they said they were not interested in buying...after selling it to the gentleman...as above...they will not let him move it...we hired a lawyer who they have basically ignored and now are counter-suing.   

 Get a RE lawyer asap hopefully the realtor is still around. 

Lawyer, Insurance company, etc.Does anyone have experience in this market doing sub 2

We DID decide to consult with a lawyer, as during this process the tenant sent us a partial payment (not even near what he owes which IS close to $15K).
