Hi,Anyone in the forum has mid term rental in Henderson, NV?

I've been seeing a few properties in my buy box being sold with master lease to corporate tenants and the numbers seem to be too good to be true!

Does anyone know about the AIRBNB program offered by this company? 

I am in the process of settlement on my 1st property in 1 week. i have a 5% down conv loan thru a credit union bank. this a duplex and is a row house. i plan to live in one unit and rent out the other. the seller is also selling the duplex property next to it.

Some townhomes are like $250,000 and rent is still $2000+.Where I’m from, a $400,000 house would probably rent for about $2000 so I was pleasantly surprised to see how much more rent you can get per dollar, is this pretty standard or am I missing something about Freeport?

House 1: 2000 square feet, 4 bed 2 bath.House 2: 2000 square feet 2 bed 2 bath mother inlaw suite.House 3: 2000 square feet 3 bed 2 bath mobile home on a 1.6-acre lot.Location is Royse City TX 75189I am not able to set a correct monthly rent for this property, need advice from experts.

The value of the property you could buy may increase a lot (if where you buy is in the right area) and this might offset the break even.

Anyone with some background in this?
