@Yolanda Chancellor, what investment strategy do you intend to implement?

I'm Ivona, a Canadian investor eager to expand my business in the US.

I'm coming across FB ads offering large lines of credit for businesses at zero percent rates, in other words, possibly eliminating the hard money lenders. 

My strategy would also be going for more price appreciation than cash flow. 

Not going to lie, the amount of interest paid over the life of a typical mortgage is insane to me. I'm guessing I can't be the only one...
How do people find comfort in knowing the interest payments, over time, could...

Make sure to do an in depth analysis  for past 5 years of the neighborhood as to how many appreciated and do a comp with the one you are trying to buyHave a strategy to do Value add example kitchen remodeling , have  good references for contractorsAttend a  REI meetup in that area and also scour Facebook groupsHave an exit strategy in place in case things go slightly south

TAX CERTS are a bizzness not something you do as a passive investor or someone like me who is busy with their core business.. thankfully it was only 30k 

I like this strategy as a go to.
