I'm looking at a property with no off-street parking, but there is on-street parking available in front of the house. 

A hundred years ago, most homesteads were quarter sections (160 acres) but frequently only a portion of that (perhaps 80 - 100 acres) was available for planting (the rest being consumed by ditches, sloughs, bluffs/shelter belts, farmyard and pasture).  

I think a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) could be very useful.You can open this up with a bank of your choosing and once approved for an amount you can let it sit there but it is available for use when you need it.This can be up to 85% of your homes value (maybe more?)

I’m seeing a lot of Multi-family offerings available through various sponsors.

Tax assessor codes properties and what is available and in what form for lists varies by area.

Hi everyone, I have been looking around a while in Decatur Alabama to buy multi-family (5 units and up) properties because it seems there are bargains still available there compared to Huntsville but there are some pockets where crime is really high.

The good thing is that there are different options available.
