Decatur Alabama which area's to buy in
Hi everyone, I have been looking around a while in Decatur Alabama to buy multi-family (5 units and up) properties because it seems there are bargains still available there compared to Huntsville but there are some pockets where crime is really high. I realize that most cities have area's where crime is higher in spots but since I don't live there I'm asking for advice from some savvy local investors on where the best area's are or would it might be better to just invest in Huntsville or Madison.

The top three that I know would be (won't let me post none numbers. I'll DM you)
Kim Hallmark
Clint Peters
Beau Goss
I haven't closed a deal with any of them but wouldn't think twice if I needed a realtor. I think all 3 would be good to work with.
