Warning to myself and my BP family – nurture your personal integrity!

@Bruce Runn I think you may have taken my comment as more of a dire warning than it was intended.

Thanks.I wondered because I was warned that, if someone got hurt and possibly died on my property I could be sued for everything I had, and if they could get to where the money was they could take it all. 

I know that people warn against partnering with family, I intend on starting an LLC with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and percentages of "cash flow" disbursements (once reserves for company are built up).  

(even though you warn them about doing the Bay Area) you know they are not listening.

My words of warning to you is, If they tell you one thing that is illegal, what else might they be teaching you that is wrong or could get you into trouble?   

I was thinking Ohio, Texas, or Florida, but I've been warned that Florida might be too expensive right now.

They should warn all the South Florida homeowners as well!

I assume your young friend was a grinder too.PS 3 years ago in 2013 was a fantastic time to start out...anything you touched would have turned into flipping gold as long as you WORK HARD/GRIND alsoI'm just trying to warn anyone who thinks this is easy or they can read their way to success they're dead wrong... it's a lot of work!
