I recommend doing that near Nellis AFB where you will be able to rent to Air Force Personnrel.

She understands the market very well and works with a lot of air force buyers / sellers.

I had a person that was mentoring me for a little while and then he completely disappeared into thin air.

And the homeowner thinks I am blowing hot air, so he is a bit pissy.. why..

I also wrapped in some basic analytics like rental days/goal days, average booked rental rate, average rented days, etc.And I included some very simple reminders to let me know when to change air filters, smoke detector batteries, things like that.I couldn't rely on syncing Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway calendars using the tools that either company provided so I just rolled my own. 

Have there been prior updates to the building envelope (air sealing and insulation, windows & doors, etc)?

I have been in the Air Force for the last 9 years and recently transitioned to Air National Guard, and currently in pilot training.

Even with the BrExit looming in the air, it is a great time to invest there. 

., new electrical wiring through-out and upgrading to 200 amp, new plumbing supply and drain through out (except maybe for the cast iron stack), new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit, new ducts, new insulation, new drywall, new roof(s), new siding, new windows, new floors, new doors, new fixtures, new kitchen, new bathrooms....basically everything is new plus changing the floor-plan some.I am not ready to share any more details at this time.
