Hi @Zach Chandler, I came across this post from a few years ago. 

(i.e. maybe .25-.5% better interest rate and perhaps a 30 year Amortization instead of a 25 year Amortization).

I completed my first BRRRR earlier this year and had enough cash for the purchase and rehab, but the LOC's are available when I need them.  

Got my first single-family rental purchased earlier this year and now I’m on to my next property which will be a section 8 partnership purchase with my sister and business partner.

The deed of sale is to be signed at the end of the year as the seller won't be able to sell it legally beforehand as it bought it at a judicial auction and the judge order will come in November.The price agreed is €450K, that is less than €3K/sq. meter.

Figure out what your goals are for the future (say 10 years or so), then try and figure out the best way to reach those goals.
