Flipping agreement for capital partner – Help please!
9 July 2021 | 1 reply
I have a capital partner that wants to start investing in flips with me.He will be a “silent” capital partner only, he will bring the cash and I will handle the project from the beginning until the end.The issue is he lives in another country.I DONT want to open another LLC in partnership with him.He will open an LLC and bank account here, under his name.I will buy the properties, under my name. How do I get his share paid since the property will be in my name?
