In my experience, there are some parks that allow investors to do business in their parks and others that only allow homeowners to live in the homes in their communities.

I'm looking to meet other investors who are located here in Southern CA and focus on out-of-state investments.

We are doing our own research, but hoping to get some input from local investors/realtors in Cape Coral to verify if this information is accurate. 

This city in Michigan is slowly making a comeback, and investors are starting to take notice. 

I would get a local experienced investor to walk through that house with you.

One was 55k PP (Put 25k fixing it) one was 78k, one was 70k, one was 104k, one was 60k PP and 18k Fix it (loan of 78k).The other biggie is I was just an investor for 2023 and don't have 2 years of tax returns showing NON W2. 

Especially to an investor who is going to part with 200K-700K of his hard-earned money.
