Hi everyone,I've been listening to the BP podcasts for a month now, watching videos, and reading forums.

My goal is to buy my first rental property in 2019.I started watching a lot of youtube videos on the subject and stumbled upon a couple of @Brandon Turner's.

First, I'm going to see if we can do a video chat and have him show me the issues closer and then I will make my decision from there.Side notes on comments, a few people brought up the self leveler and fillers etc.

If you really really want to try to outsource it to the tenant, create a picture or video guide on what to do and share it and inspect for dead patches.

I would like to get into the real estate game and from what I’ve seen from there website and videos is that they offer rehabbed properties with instant cash flow provided the standard 20% down.
