I do this, and recommend you do going forward, is take a video walkthrough of the house between tenants including inside and outside of dishwashers, all appliances, floors rooms walls everything etc.

I'd just work on building my credit, getting a good W2 job, and reading House Hacking by Craig Curelop.However, if it were me, and I was 18 with the goal of becoming a real estate millionaire and financially free by the age of 25.... then I'd get 2 jobs (preferably jobs that interact with the public and increase people skills), reduce all of my spending, save as much as I could, read all of these books twice, listen to all the BiggerPockets podcasts, watch all of the free webinars, read blog posts, watch youtube videos, go to local meet ups , network and immerse myself into the world of real estate.

But the smartest thing you can do is chat with your broker to keep everything on good terms. 

I was chatting with my family members landlord and he recommended becoming a real estate agent.

He sent almost daily pics or videos.

This is a great deal life example of what you read in real estate investing books and see in videos.

What I was hoping to find is simply a group of investors to chat with and share ideas.

I took a video with my drone and sent to them.

I have noticed that a lot of these youtube gurus such as Max Maxwell and Flipping Mastery TV(Jerry Norton)  have somewhat high subscriber counts, both over 100k but each video gets only around 10k views.
