When using the "create an event" feature that only "Pros" can use - is there a way for the event organizer to see who has signed up after the 8th person (after 8 people sign up it starts saying "+1" or "+2" next to the pictures of the members that say they're going to attend). 

The people I went through have a team each with there own unique background. 

Quicken has an edit category feature that lets me associate a category or subcategory with a tax form line item. 

Some MLS systems may not have that feature, but most of the newer platforms are going to have that feature.  

In an ideal situation I believe my agent should bring forward unique opportunities and be able to justify why.

It's not hard (but is extra work as I end up producing a unique letter per offer) to temporarily transfer balances around to produce a proof of funds letter close to the asking price, but I'm looking to streamline where I can.
