If you go to a 2 or 3 day masterclass or conference that will most likely be JAM PACKED with information overload, I highly recommend giving yourself the next day off or adding one more day on your trip.

As an owner of rental property and an owner of a tow behind camper this thought has crossed my mind several times. ...but when I think about how much work it is to prepare myself for a camping trip, and how much has gone wrong with my multiple campers in the past it doesn't feel worth my time for a couple hundred dollars.

I know many of the more famous TV guru's personally.. and I have sat and talked to many a student.. but when I go out on the bus rides I can just tell that for each 30 people on those bus's or are sitting in a room of 400 students.. not all are going to successful.. there simply is not enough inventory to buy if every single person on BP  what is it 500,000 and then all the guru students who probably equal or exceed that number if they WERE ALL doing deals.. how many deals would there be.. as stated this is a very tough business,, and you must be driven and have some inate ability in the first place.were the business of real estate education gets hyped is simply the same thing that happens in MLM they are based in the exact same sales techniques .. they are after all just trying to sell their systems to students..

All of these towns are close to route 3 and there is a NJ Transit bus (and possibly a decamp) that gets you into NYC but be cognizant of the fact that some of the area is deemed a flood zone.Hope this helps
