@David Innocenti We do work wherever there is work i do not mind traveling if the price is right. 

This will be one way to increase your cash flow while cherry picking the best deals to keep as rentals.I am a contractor and a Realtor but I'm in Austin not in Houston, although the market is much bigger in Houston so I've certainly considered traveling for the right project.

People generally do not want to travel long distances to go to a mall.

Interestingly enough after the first year we traveled back to Chicago met with them again went on a sales tour thinking we were having such a great experience we would buy another couple.

I recently got a full time job that requires me to travel to different locations in the US and Europe every 6 months for 2 years.

It would be worth traveling there to meet with various investors and wholesalers and learn the market as well as you can for yourself.

Newfoundland is a beautiful place to travel and explore.
