He said in the same video on youtube, that he used to think it was better to have multiple units leveraged to the max, but now he knows better.

but I cleaned it supper well ;)Like I said the master bathroom was also a very big transformation we had to remove the tub and added a walk in closet plus double sinks, below are pics of before and after also shows my husband working on getting plumbing ready he had worked all day at his job and stayed up working on this till 4 am because the tile guys where coming that morning at 7 am, I always stay up with him to help out as much as I can and take pics.

I went on youtube to look up some REI information and stumbled upon biggerpockets and i have been binge watching all the podcasts ever since!

I would also do a search on Youtube for owner financing, lease options and subject to financing.
