Many people will come out of this craziness with new skills, a business, a total new career etc.

All sponsors are likely to be hard chargers focused on their business or career and thus are subject to divorce risk, leverage issues, ego problems, etc.  

After reviewing various posts on LLCs, I'm not seeing great insight on how experienced investors would start their career, if they had it to do over, with respect to using an LLC or some other entity rather than using their personal name.

Not hitting the panic button because I feel that everything happens for a reason and in the right timing.Many people will come out of this craziness with new skills, a business, a total new career etc.Now may be the time to finally get back into real estate.

I really want to get into the career field of flipping houses.

I can see the clear advantages and disadvantages of pursuing both careers to gain knowledge etc.
