Property Manager or Real Estate Agent

 Here is some background, I am nearly finished with real estate school with an and goal to be a full time investor. I can see the clear advantages and disadvantages of pursuing both careers to gain knowledge etc. Looking for some other opinions on what's the best way for me to start out to set myself up to be in the best position to invest full-time in the future.
