It might be better to seek out a tax pro who can explain tax in layman's terms and put planning opportunities on your radar, rather than spend time teaching you the hard mechanics of how your tax return calculates and works.

its high risk investing of course.Other wise if you want to do it yourself .. then I would saddle up to some of the best commercial brokers you can find they can teach you everything you need to know about buying higher end investment properties..
