Experience will teach you most of these things better than anything on here. 

I have been in the business of mentoring, teaching training my clients how to buy renovate and flip.

I don't know of anyone who teaches that.

As for a job it doesn't really matter, jobs don't really teach you how to be a landlord, pick something you enjoy and that pays decently.

It might be better to seek out a tax pro who can explain tax in layman's terms and put planning opportunities on your radar, rather than spend time teaching you the hard mechanics of how your tax return calculates and works.

This will be a 1-hour (or so) in depth tour that will teach you more about the property than you'd learn over the course of a few years on your own.If I were in your shoes, I'd have them conduct another inspection.Best of luck to you on this deal and all others in the future!

its high risk investing of course.Other wise if you want to do it yourself .. then I would saddle up to some of the best commercial brokers you can find they can teach you everything you need to know about buying higher end investment properties..
