Hello all,I am looking for apartment complex lists in my target area and I am wondering if anyone has had any luck finding such lists.  

I use a dozen bandit signs in my target area, the problem with that is they get taken up just as fast as I put them out.  

About 85% in the poorest town in the county, which was not the primary target of my campaign.

I completely agree with targeting that area due to the fact you're so close to Breck/Vail/Keystone/etc.

It depends exactly what you're doing (buy/hold, flipping) and who your target market is.

Also, there are some great first time home buyer programs that will let you put down around 3.5%.I'm actually targeting another rental in the next few months and have my real estate license as well.
