I was trained to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

I have some moisture (I think from the window AC unit) that has discolored 6 or 7 pieces of the floor right next to the wall and I'm turning the unit over and need to figure out a solution.

I have to agree that these "businesses" failed because there was no intrinsic value to sustain them.

I don't think that there is a simple solution to this.
