People see these big names of these massively successful people and they say I want to be a millionaire and I want to be there. 

I am a real estate agent and investor in Boise and owe a lot of my success and growth to this community.  

If they own several they are obviously investors.Once you get a response from the seller of the vacant house, negotiate a deal to buy it for all cash and get it under contract.

(achievable goals)Surround yourself with motivated people, network and talk to people who are successful. 

Buy or inherit and hold all their lives while working the properties for income.I've seen teachers, firemen, software engineers and all sorts of people utilize both strategies successfully.

I had some deals fall through due to not moving fast enough while others didn't get past initial negotiations.
