People pay for education all the time, seminars, workshops, I have heard of some great educators in some clubs that get mentioned in podcasts that they put their students through their paces. 

I wanted to see what people thought of this decision, as I have no debt from my undergraduate schooling and am not sure if incurring many thousands of dollars in student loans would severely hamper or delay my dreams of investing.

Apply for every grant, scholarship and subsidized student loan you can get.

This isn't a 'get rich quick' type profession, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to succeed.

I am a 19 year old college student from Edmond oklahoma and my father and I have been talking about investment properties for a while now.

I'm a full time student August-May but I want to spend some time in the next two years networking and working on building my "toolbox" for my future.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

One is "a family of 3 with my uncle is a small business owner,i'm a manager at a billard/coffee shop and my uncle's daughter(an international student)", the other two are "I am looking for a place to live for myself and two other friends.

I have a student who runs for dollars and she has done a few deals on houses that she has jogged or biked past.
