Due to the volume of business we give them we expect priority service and volume pricing.We are trying to get them to take before and after pictures of the job they are doing to be able to upload it in our portal so the owner can see what was done (that has proven to be a bit of a challenge with 3rd party contractors) our in-house maintenance team is required to take pictures and video of any job they do. 

Maybe you both have kids, have a common sports team, etc.

Hi all, I know this is a subjective question but I am creating a buisiness model for the team that I'm putting together and I need to get a idea of how many closings a small team consisting of an admin and two other agents?

Treat the information as talking points (I even have had Realtors and builders try and by the info from me) until you identify all the players on your team (I mean a builder, agent or others you may want to work with).

We had a team of people helping us.  

However, if I was to buy out of state... would it make more sense to at least be able to weed out a few markets and go to markets that have in general, better vacancy rates, more demand, appear to have stronger job growth, and potentially more favorable taxes, or even states that are more favorable to landlords....??

I am going to adapt to the current market by acting on deal immediately and I mean with in hours, this is where my passion with my team will pay off .

(exclude training or joining a team)....What tools would you need?
