I’m looking for strong recommendations for solid rental property book keeping (e.g. financial statements and the health of a property month-to-month).

I don’t have competitors, I only have future friends that can use good solid people to help them on their own projects.

@Trascia Daniel As long as it’s a solid, well defined agreement it shouldn’t be an issue as long the agreement “makes sense”.  

$200 is roughly where I'm ending up, which seems solid for the time being.
