Hey fellow investors! I’m looking for strong recommendations for solid rental property book keeping (e.g. financial statements and the health of a property month-to-month). What programs/forms/documents do you recommend using? Are there specific programs to use or have you developed alternative forms that do the job with simplicity yet effectively capture the details?
