Scott... the Commercial Market is not too bad I don't think the economy has really gotten to the real estate market in the Bay Area, what pushes the Bay Area is the Tech Industry and Social Media Industry it has kept the bay area pretty stablized.

The down side to this is the company is not going to make them work with other house than just what you have on your slate.The good part about going through so many agents is I will get random phone calls and emails when they have something that fits in with my style.I can see finding a title company and sticking to it.

Two problems, we have zero equity, and my mother-in-law cannot pay rent (social security income only, medical bills, etc.).Mother-in-law does however qualify for assistance under section 8 if she were to rent a place within the City of Plattsburgh, but I'm still learning how that might work.
