@Sandra Bell, this is really more art than science, varies widely by location...and I think you're totally over thinking this.Here's how I approach it:A-Class: Newer, well maintained, most expensive.

Looking for someone or a company that is quick at getting leases, has great online marketing skills, and would have the time to dedicate to it.

I may be at the beginning of my journey, but I'm in this for the long-term, and I believe that I have the skills and the mindset to be successful.

I will come and work couple days a week and would like to learn the process and art of wholesaling a property/properties.

Clearly need to work on my formatting skills...

Theres never going to be a perfect moment when you feel 100% ready, there will always be something else you could learn or some skill you dont quite have.

I would suggest something others don’t usually  talk about .. instead of begging banks for money I would learn the art of creative financing .
