Cranberry Twp is a suburb of Pittsburgh and doesn't seem to have much of a short term rental market. 

If you plan to relocate to other areas of the country in short term, it may be better idea to rent and downsize to save money. 

In short, I’m all about getting as much info as I can before I start really delving into making deals.With education in mind, what are some audiobooks that you would recommend for beginners?

For Ontario I like Sudbury, Kingston and newly discovered Windsor(due to so many talking about it on BP).

Then I discovered STR and can say that the returns are well worth the efforts.

So an update on the situation...I talked to my landlord and to make a long story short, he's 'very much considering' selling the property.

The only Get out of Jail Free Card is to forfeit your $10,000 deposit if discover something during the 24 hours that you have to pay for the auction.

I think it would take me about two weeks of diligent searching to grasp a certain market - but I would need the help to discover recent sales, etc..It’s a treasure hunt; fun, exhilarating, and pure American Dream stuff. 

Then personalizing an individuals RE short term rental data with functionality tools similar to what AirDNA and Mashvisor have.
